very the sianz...
to meet up with the 27bmi, been trying to skip meals... well, finally dropped 1 kg...
currently = 93kg... 5 more kg to go for my first target...
( i think should really go exercise more rather than skipping meals daily )
and some colleagues who came back from overseas, most of them will say that i've become "bigger size" liao...
okie, i shall work hard towards my 1st target.. then 2nd... then 3rd and so on :P
